THE WEE KILT

The pleats are sewn down on the hidden waistband. Just velcro the front shut! A belt is needed to keep the kilt firmly in place. Wear your kilt at the top of your hip bone, not down on the waist. If you decide that you want a sash, make that a separate piece.
